This role is with a long-standing organization in the supplemental benefits industry that has supported families for more than 65 years. As demand continues to grow, we are expanding into new areas and looking for team members who are professional, coachable, and ready to build a long-term career.

About the Role

As a Client Support & Benefits Specialist, you will work with individuals who need help understanding their available benefit options. Your focus will be on communication, education, follow-up, and helping clients feel confident throughout the process.

You will receive hands-on training, ongoing mentorship, and support from experienced leaders.

Daily Tasks
  • Speak with clients by phone or virtual meeting
  • Provide general information about available products and services
  • Answer questions related to current or requested coverage
  • Review client needs and help identify suitable options
  • Maintain accurate notes and client records
  • Follow up with clients to ensure they receive proper support
  • Stay updated on product changes, service updates, and company procedures
  • Work with leadership to improve client experience and efficiency
