Job description

Site Work Foreman

Taylor Davis Landscape & Construction | Western Massachusetts

Pay: Starting at $35.00 per hour + full benefits package

What You Get

When you join Taylor Davis Co., you're not just stepping into a Foreman role. You're stepping into a company that invests in the people who build it. Here's what that looks like:

  • Competitive pay: $34 - $40/hr based on experience
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance (available after 90 days)
  • 401(k) retirement plan
  • Paid time off
  • Off-season paid trainings and licensure programs
  • Real career development, not just talk
  • A team that takes safety and mutual respect seriously

The Role

You've led crews before. You know how to get a job done right, keep people moving, and handle whatever the site throws at you. As a Site Work Foreman at Taylor Davis Co., you'll run projects from start to finish managing a crew of 3-8, working through outdoor sitework like trenching, drainage, paving, concrete, grading, and more.

You'll work alongside our Superintendent and have real input in how the job gets done. If you want a company where your experience actually counts, this is it.

Day to Day

  • Lead and manage a crew of 3-8 through projects start to finish
  • Plan and schedule work alongside the Superintendent
  • Train, educate, and develop crew members on processes and techniques
  • Complete work orders and on-site documentation (material slips, T&M slips, safety talks, etc.)
  • Enforce and model job site safety standards
  • Take on increasing responsibility as you grow with the team

What We're Looking For

Required:

  • 3+ years of experience as a site work foreman
  • 5+ years in site work construction
  • Ability to layout, use a laser, and safely operate equipment
  • Valid, clean driver's license
  • Strong communication and leadership skills

Preferred (not dealbreakers):

  • 2A Hoisting License
  • OSHA 10 or better
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Ready to Apply?

If you've got the experience and you're looking for a company that does honest work and treats their people right, we want to hear from you. Apply now, it only takes a few minutes.
