Review participant roles, learning objectives, supervision and preceptor structures, onboarding, confidentiality, safety, technology, documentation, communication, participant supports, and placement workflows; provide technical assistance; and recommend changes that improve experience quality and site capacity.
- Coordinate participant-site matching, experiential learning, and placement follow-through. Work with participants, academic programs, employers, providers, and community sites to identify appropriate opportunities, confirm requirements, support onboarding, monitor progress, resolve barriers, and strengthen transition from the experience into rural employment.
- Develop and deliver career-services resources, training, and partner support. Create pathway maps, employer and supervisor guides, placement tools, orientation materials, training sessions, career-connected project resources, and other supports tailored to participant and site needs.
- Monitor outcomes and coordinate regional follow-up.
