Job description

Job Overview:

Start Date: Sept 2026

Location: Syncrude Base

Shift: 7/7 rotation

*This position is local to Fort McMurray - no camp provided.

JOB DUTIES

  • Key/Reconcile Timesheets in Internal Time Entry system/CORE
  • Submit LEMs to Client for approval (if required)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve time entry discrepancies
  • Book and coordinate employee camp accommodations and travel (flights, ground transportation, charters), in accordance with Company policy
  • Provide support in preparation and maintenance of project documents and reporting
  • Submit requests for equipment, materials, etc. as required
  • Manage field project files and databases
  • Assist in completing progress reports
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail
  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, photocopying, creating memos, etc.
  • Various other duties as requested by management

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS

  • 1 - 3 years' site administrative experience
  • Experience with CDMS/My Track considered an asset
  • Experience with Fieldglass considered an asset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Skilled in the use of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • DTC experience preferred
  • Must be able to work under pressure, to multi-task, and meet deadlines
  • Possess strong organizational skills
