POSITION: Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach
 

REPORTS TO:
Director of Athletic Ministries and Head Women’s Basketball Coach 

POSITION OBJECTIVE:
 
The Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach at FBA is responsible for assisting in the development, leadership, and management of the women’s basketball program in a way that reflects the mission, vision, and spiritual priorities of First Baptist Academy. The Assistant Coach will help develop student athletes in basketball skill, physical preparation, teamwork, sportsmanship, leadership, and personal growth while supporting the Head Coach in building a Christ centered program.
