Job description


Position Overview
The Women's Program Staff Intern provides hands-on support within the women's residential recovery program. This position is designed for individuals who have recently completed Teen Challenge and desire to continue growing in leadership, service, and ministry while supporting women currently in the program.
Interns help maintain a safe, structured, and encouraging environment for residents while gaining practical ministry and program operations experience.
Requirements
Successful completion of Teen Challenge (recent graduates preferred).
Demonstrates commitment to personal recovery, spiritual growth, and Christian values.
Ability to maintain appropriate boundaries and confidentiality.
Willingness to serve others with humility, patience, and compassion.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, or flexible shifts as needed.
Physically able to perform daily operational tasks.
