Job description

Are you a Nurse Practitioner who can talk birth control and board exams in the same breath? Do you believe pelvic exams should come with dignity, education, and maybe even a laugh? If you're passionate about women's health and not afraid to bring both competence and personality to work - we're looking for you. We're a busy, mission-driven women's health clinic that takes excellent care of patients - and each other. We believe in evidence-based practice, strong teamwork, and making sure our patients feel heard, respected, and empowered.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in obstetrics and gynecology, with experience in outpatient care. The role involves providing comprehensive care to women, including gynecological exams and preventive care. This is a full-time opportunity working on-site at one of our Eugene, OR locations. We offer attractive pay and a great benefits package.
What will you do:
  • Perform comprehensive assessments, physical exams, and health screenings for female patients.
  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic gynecologic and reproductive health conditions.
  • Provide contraceptive counseling and prescribe birth control methods.
  • Conduct prenatal and postnatal care, including routine check-ups and education.
  • Manage menopausal and hormonal concerns, offering treatment plans and support.
  • Perform procedures such as IUD/Nexplanon insertions/removals, Pap smears, and colposcopies (if trained).
  • Educate patients on sexual health, family planning, and disease prevention.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including ultrasounds, bloodwork, and screenings.
  • Collaborate with OB/GYNs, primary care providers, and specialists as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.

Requirements
What do you need to bring to the role:
  • Experience: Previous experience in women's health, gynecology, and/or obstetrics required.
  • Education: Education commensurate with state licensure requirements for a Nurse Practitioner in the state of Oregon with prescriptive privileges.
