WMS Specialist – Latin America (Remote)Job Overview

Ethnix Group is seeking a detail-oriented and technology-driven WMS Specialist to support our warehouse operations across the United States. This is a remote position open to candidates located anywhere in Latin America. The WMS Specialist will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and optimizing our Warehouse Management System (WMS), ensuring inventory accuracy, troubleshooting system issues, and partnering with Operations and Warehouse teams to improve efficiency and productivity.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working with Körber WMS and enjoys solving operational and system-related challenges in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Responsibilities
  • Support the daily operation and maintenance of the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Monitor inventory transactions to ensure system accuracy and inventory integrity.
  • Troubleshoot WMS issues and work closely with Operations and IT teams to resolve system discrepancies.
  • Support receiving, replenishment, picking, shipping, cycle counts, and inventory control processes.
  • Generate inventory and operational reports to support warehouse leadership.
  • Train warehouse personnel on WMS functionality and best practices.
  • Identify opportunities to improve warehouse workflows, system utilization, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Warehouse, Inventory Control, Logistics, and Purchasing teams to support daily operations.
  • Participate in WMS implementations, testing, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, inventory procedures, and operational standards.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a WMS Specialist, WMS Analyst, Inventory Systems Specialist, or a related role is REQUIRED.
  • Hands-on experience using Körber WMS is REQUIRED.
  • Experience supporting warehouse or distribution center operations is REQUIRED.
  • Experience with inventory control and warehouse processes.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with Operations, Warehouse, and IT teams.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written) is REQUIRED.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems, Logistics, Business, or a related field is preferred.
