You are:
A highly experienced Manhattan WMS Application Manager with deep expertise in designing, architecting, and implementing large-scale Warehouse Management and Supply Chain Execution solutions. You combine strong technical depth with end-to-end solution design, integration leadership, operational understanding, and the ability to partner directly with senior stakeholders. You thrive in complex environments, solve ambiguous problems with clarity, and lead teams through architecture, design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Manhattan WMS and ecosystem solutions.
The Work:
This role is responsible for designing, developing, and managing Manhattan MAWM solution to our customers leveraging our Manhattan expertise and partnerships. We are looking for a resourceful leader with MAWM knowledge who can leverage Accenture assets to accelerate the deployment of Manhattan solutions to the customer.
A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:
  • Help drive functional and technical design workshops on Manhattan Active Warehouse Management System (MAWM) by leveraging Manhattan technical and functional expertise.
  • Lead end-to-end discussions on supply chain transformation across multiple functions and technology stacks
  • Develop POV on solution options to drive key design decisions
  • Create functional design and technical solution design for MAWM
  • Define data mapping needs for MAWM
  • Drive technology integration strategies across Warehouse management, ERP, Order Management and Transportation management solutions.
  • Develop custom design specifications and solutions for identified gaps in product configurations
  • Develop testing strategy and test scenarios
  • Quality check on solution and test results
  • Anticipate and mitigate project execution risks from technology perspective, ensuring smooth implementation.
  • Advise on process optimization and automation to improve supply chain efficiency.
  • Work closely with technology providers and industry experts to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (IT, Operations etc.) to ensure seamless execution of supply chain transformation initiatives.

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
Here's What You Need:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecting or technical delivery of complex Manhattan WMS projects.
  • Minimum of 3 years of technology experience in Supply Chain domains, such as Warehouse Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Planning, Procurement and Logistics
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). An associate's degree with 6 years of equivalent experience will also be considered.
