Solid Logistics industry experience

Excellent communication skills

Strong Word and Excel

Understanding of EDI Concepts 

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills in order to solve problems

Qualifications

Business Analyst to provide application development and support of logistics and warehouse management systems. Will support clients throughout implementation process, work on customizing applications, troubleshoot issues and provide support.

Responsibilities will include:

Conducting interviews, defining business requirements, creating program specifications

Analysis and design of new systems or solutions to systems

Test application 

Application support (wms, logistics applications)

Ticket management.
