Logistics Team Lead (Warehouse / Parcel Shipping) - $19-$20/hr.
Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Logistics Team Lead to oversee daily operations in a fast-paced warehouse and parcel shipping environment. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for coordinating team activities, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, and maintaining efficient workflow across picking, packing, and kitting operations.
The ideal candidate has strong warehouse leadership experience, is experienced in operating a forklift, and is skilled with RF scanners and warehouse computer systems.
Pay & Schedule:
  • Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour.
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM.
  • Overtime: Must be flexible to stay later as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise daily warehouse logistics operations.
  • Oversee parcel shipping, order fulfillment, and workflow coordination.
  • Train, coach, and support warehouse associates to meet productivity goals.
  • Perform and assist with picking, packing, and shipping orders.
  • Build and assemble product kits accurately and efficiently.
  • Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely.
