Partners Personnel is seeking Experienced Reach Truck Drivers who are seeking temp-to-hire opportunities.


Pay Rate: $21.50/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 2:00pm to 10:30pm   (must be flexible to train on 1st shift)


Job Duties (include but are not limited to):

Receiving Operations

  • Receive, unload, inspect, and verify inbound shipments against purchase orders, packing slips, and shipping documentation.
  • Process receipts accurately within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Identify, document, and communicate shipment discrepancies, shortages, damages, or labeling issues.
  • Ensure that all products are properly labeled and stored in designated warehouse locations.
  • Coordinate with quality control, transportation providers, and internal departments to resolve receiving concerns.

Warehouse Operations

  • Perform put-away, inventory transfers, and material movement activities.
  • Perform order picking, staging, packing, and labeling functions as operational needs require.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and transaction verification.
  • Operate RF scanners, computers, and warehouse systems efficiently and accurately.
  • Assist with inventory investigations and root cause analysis when discrepancies are identified.
  • Follow FIFO, FEFO, or client-specific inventory management requirements when applicable.
  • Support special projects and operational improvements as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
  • Minimum 2 years of Reach forklift experience
  • Experience working in cold chain environments
  • Proficient with RF scanners
  • Knowledge of WMS
  • Ability to read and write English
