Project Manager โ€“ ERP
Summary
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead complex ERP and enterprise technology initiatives.  This role will be responsible for managing full project lifecycles including planning, implementation, testing, data migration, change management, training, and post-go-live support.  This Project Manager will partner with business and technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver projects on-time, within budget, and aligned with organizational goals.


Responsibilities

  • Lead ERP and enterprise application implementation projects from initiation through deployment.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change control processes.
  • Coordinate business, technical, and vendor teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Provide executive-level project status reports and stakeholder communications.
  • Drive process improvements and ensure adherence to project governance standards.
  • Support organizational change management, user training, and adoption activities.
  • Ensure successful project delivery and post-implementation stabilization.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of IT project management experience with increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Proven experience successfully leading full lifecycle ERP implementations.
  • In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
  • Experience managing project scope, budgets, timelines, risks, and resources.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.
  • Experience with Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and change management skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to travel as needed.

Preferred

  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Manufacturing industry experience.
  • Knowledge of Supply chain and logistics systems.
  • Experience implementing finance and accounting systems.
  • Network infrastructure project experience.
  • Experience working with system integrators and external consulting partners.
  • PMP, Agile, or related project management certifications.
