WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide oversight of surveillance framework ensuring the overall process aligns to our enterprise-wide Surveillance Policy and Standards.
  • This role will partner with leaders across the Surveillance organization to drive risk coverage and documentation within Annual Plan refreshes each quarter and across the test universe.
  • This role must be able to think critically and have a strong analytical mindset to perform ongoing validations of surveillance data.
  • Support Annual Plan refreshes each quarter driving Surveillance planning documentation (annual plan, coverage maps and L1 process refreshes).
  • Utilize analytical tools to prepare refresh data by combining multiple data files into a consolidated summary that highlights key changes quarter over quarter.
  • Provide surveillance leadership clear understanding of which risks have come in or out of scope according to the Surveillance Policy and Standards.
  • Conduct validations between Coverage Map, Test Universe, and Question Bank in Work Management System (WMS), and Surveillance Program Office data sources.
  • Facilitate review of Surveillance gaps with Surveillance leadership to ensure gaps are addressed timely.
  • Collaborate with Surveillance Leaders and prepare data driven insight of Annual Plan changes.
  • Develop rigor around managing all surveillance related risks in preparation for Surveillance Leaders to drive regular updates to the Process Risk and Controls (PRC) across all CD & Sales processes.
  • Facilitate creation of new tests and test attributes in the surveillance system of record (WMS).
  • Build the User Acceptance criteria and test updates to ensure they are working correctly.
