You will lead a team of QA engineers to validate critical WMS modules-including inventory management, receiving, order fulfillment, and shipping-ensuring maximum system reliability, performance, and seamless integration with downstream systems.Key Responsibilities:Test Strategy & Planning: Define and execute the end-to-end testing strategy (Functional, Integration, Regression, Performance, and UAT) for WMS deployments, updates, and module enhancements.Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and task-manage a team of QA analysts and automation engineers. Coordinate test cycles across distributed teams to align with project roadmaps and deployment schedules.System Reliability & Automation: Partner with SRE Lead to improve development efficiency.
