Job description

DESCRIPTION: AER is seeking WMS Inventory Analyst to work within the special projects team and execute the WMS system supporting warehouse and production. Our WMS Analyst responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Execute the warehouse and production tracking of internal materials for 400+ engines/day across 3 plant locations.

• Develop and transition from a MS Excel and paper based material tracking process to the Ujigami WMS tracking system.

• Maintain a correct inventory by scheduling, organizing, and following processes including cycle counts, and full physical inventory.

• Identify and correct errors and issues within WMS and work with the WMS team lead, other departments, or other vendor support to resolve.

• Develop and operate reports to transition from the current Excel based system to the WMS system.

• Maintain records for customer inventory tracking systems

• As implementation comes on line, train, and support new users.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience with scanners, Microsoft Office suite.

• WMS System or super-user experience.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and learn quickly

• Ability to simultaneously maintain multiple projects and deadlines

• A self-driven personality with high attention to detail.

• A solid work ethic.
