Join Publix Technology as an Intermediate Business Systems Analyst and become part of the Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Integration Development team, designing, building, and implementing applications that supports Publix growing distribution network of 10 Distribution Centers and 33 warehouses.  High level WMS functions include receiving and putting away product, managing inventory, processing and selecting store orders, shipping and loading product, and integrating product movement with host systems.
In this role, you will lead project planning and estimation, manage project delivery execution, and support the design and development of integrations for a modern WMS. You will develop detailed technical requirements, create user stories, manage and prioritize the product backlog, and collaborate with crossfunctional teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions. By working closely with product owners, QA, architecture, and engineering teams, you will help deliver secure, compliant solutions that align with business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, planning, problemsolving, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and drive results with project stakeholders.
