Job description

PWS Title: Senior Subject Matter Expert Breaching Operations (SPM&E) Location: Fort Bragg, NC Clearance Type: Top Secret Responsibilities: * Assist APM SPM&E in development and acquisition of kinetic and mechanical breaching operations and equipment to counter WMD. * Support breaching capabilities that enable SOF mission planning and the F3EAD cycle. * Assist in preparation of SOOs, SOWs, APBs, SAMPs, legal reviews, and acquisition and contract strategies. * Assist in specification development, cost/resource identification, T&E requirements and plans, and life-cycle support. Qualifications Required Qualifications: * Minimum 10+ years in kinetic or mechanical breaching or explosives operations, including 3-5+ years supporting complex target defeat or WMD-related breaching. * Strong understanding of breaching tools, techniques, and mission integration. * Experience supporting acquisition documentation for breaching or similar capabilities. * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Explosives technology, or related field, or equivalent operational experience. * TOP SECRET clearance. Preferred Qualifications: * Prior SOF breaching or WMD-focused breaching experience.
