Job Role:

  • Provide not just good, but great, customer service to every guest
  • Maintain cleanliness of the serving line, dining room, restrooms, back of house, and storage areas
  • Maintain full awareness and knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, assembly, sides, drinks, and seasonal items
  • Learn to present all Wizard of Za's menu items in a manner that represents our standards and procedures
  • Share the Wizard of Za concept + story through the entire guest experience
  • Maintain Wizard of Za's high quality food safety standards by adhering to all recipes and procedures
