Whether you're an experienced assistant or new to the field, we’re ready to invest in your success through hands-on training, mentoring, and ongoing support—including teaching and covering the cost of your IV certification.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Assisting during root canals, retreatments, and apicoectomies
  • Preparing and maintaining operatories with a focus on infection control
  • Taking high-quality digital X-rays (CBCT and periapical)
  • Sterilizing instruments and maintaining equipment
  • Communicating clearly and compassionately with patients
  • Documenting in patient management software
  • Supporting inventory, ordering, and clinical operations
  • Collaborating with the admin team for seamless care
  • Supporting patient comfort, including therapy dog and IV sedation setups (certification and training provided)
  • Assisting with treatment planning and case documentation
  • Drafting reports
  • Answering phone calls, addressing patients’ questions, and making appointments
  • Providing phone coverage once a month on select Mondays and Fridays
