Lot Attendant
Carmel, IN
Tom Wood Subaru
Tom Wood Subaru in Carmel, IN is seeking a dedicated and energetic Sales Lot Attendant to support our Sales team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly and ensuring a positive customer experience from the moment guests arrive.
Pay & Schedule
  • $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
  • Monday-Friday schedule with two shift options: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM or 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Rotating Saturdays required, with a weekday off provided in return
Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist customers as they arrive in the sales lane
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales lane, showroom, and lot
  • Park, retrieve, and organize vehicles as needed
  • Support the sales team with vehicle preparation, lot organization, and vehicle movement
  • Deliver excellent customer service and help create a welcoming dealership environment
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and professional appearance of all lot areas
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support dealership operations
Qualifications
  • Friendly, professional demeanor with strong communication and customer service skills
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with willingness to learn
