Customer Service Representative (Full-Time)

Location: SIXT Rent a Car – Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG)
Company: Tom Wood Group
Employment Type: Full-Time
Pay: $17.00–$19.00/hour (based on experience)

Available Shifts:
  1. Sunday–Thursday: 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM

  2. Friday–Monday (4-day workweek):

    • Friday & Saturday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM

    • Sunday & Monday: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM

  3. Monday–Friday: 1:30 PM – 9:00 PM


Job Summary:

SIXT Rent a Car, a proud member of the Tom Wood Group, is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to join our full-time team at the Cincinnati Airport location. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, problem-solving, and thriving in a fast-paced environment while delivering a seamless rental experience.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner and assist with the rental process

  • Process reservations, modifications, and vehicle returns

  • Educate customers on rental terms, vehicle features, insurance options, and available upgrades

  • Conduct vehicle walk arounds before and after rentals to document vehicle condition

  • Resolve customer questions, concerns, or complaints with professionalism

  • Coordinate with operations to ensure vehicle availability and efficient workflow

  • Maintain a clean and organized counter/work area

  • Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and customer service standards


Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Prior customer service experience preferred (hospitality, retail, or automotive a plus)

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Positive attitude with a professional and courteous demeanor

  • Ability to remain calm and solution-focused in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

  • Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions

  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs


Compensation & Benefits:
