Workforce Health partners with over 400 employers to help them promote workplace health and safety as well as a full range of occupational medicine services within their organization.

Workforce Health is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our dynamic team. We provide services for pre-employment, DOT, work injuries, drug testing and employee safety through in person and virtual visits. This role offers a unique opportunity to deliver high-quality occupational health services while collaborating with a supportive team led by an engaged Medical Director.

As a key member of our team, you will have the autonomy to provide independent patient care while benefiting from the resources and expertise of a collaborative environment within a large hospital system and academic affiliation with the Medical College of Wisconsin. Froedtert & MCW Health is a renowned health system including 10 hospitals, nearly 2,000 physicians and over 45 health centers and clinics offering a dynamic environment for all staff to excel.

* Position has no weekends or holidays. Must work at various locations depending on business need.

Candidates require the following:

 Must receive DOT certification within 6 months of hire

 Need to be trained and comfortable seeing patients 16 or older.

 Need a working knowledge of OSHA requirements and appropriate work restrictions

 Have a basic understanding of state of Wisconsin workers compensation program
