Job description

You will be the Harness Design Engineer for the Advanced Development Programs (ADP) team which is responsible for developing cuttingedge aircraft harness and interconnect solutions.


What You Will Be Doing


As the Harness Design Engineer you will be responsible for translating electrical specifications into robust wiring harness designs, creating detailed routing diagrams, and ensuring integration across mechanical and structural domains.


Your responsibilities will include:



  • Produce electrical wiring schematic drawings and design intricate power distribution systems.

  • Gather and validate specifications, generate routing diagrams, cable layouts, and installation procedures.

  • Coordinate with mechanical, structural, and integration teams to resolve clashes and meet safety and compliance standards.

  • Create and maintain documentation such as routing drawings, installation guides, and changerequest tracking.

  • Develop supplier statements of work, oversee system checkouts, and support manufacturing troubleshooting.
