Job description

Alaska E-line Services covers a widely varied field. We work from the North slope and Prudhoe Bay all the way down to the Kenai Peninsula and Cook Inlet. We operate in many diverse environments both, land based and offshore. While some fields are only minutes from our two shops, others are so remote that we have traveled to location by helicopter, bush plane, snow cat train and boat. As in much of the industry no two jobs are the same. We run a variety of different logging tools, perforating systems, patches, plugs and pipe recovery equipment.


Alaska E-line is looking for Wireline Engineers who enjoy the challenges of working in such a diverse and dynamic world. A chance to challenge the elements and be the best of the best when it comes to Wireline in some of the harshest and also some of the most beautiful oil and gas fields in the world.

General Duties:

Oversee operations to ensure timely commencement and execution of work for customers

Actively engage with supervisors and field personnel to ensure service quality


Control and manage field supplies and inventory

Ensure self and every crew member are using proper PPE at all times

Conduct daily safety meetings; observe crew members, communicate potential hazards, corrective actions and safe work practices

Follow all policies and procedures within company policies

Remain up to dateon all required training and re-certifications

Ensure compliance with DOT and HazMat transportation

Maintain good standing within the company drug and alcohol testing program.

Maintain CDL with HazMat endorsement

Have a clean drivingrecord the past 3 years AND have the ability to be insured

Must be in good standing with the ATF and have the ability to pass a background check

Remain up to dateon all required training and re-certifications
