Job description
Currently seeking a Wireless Engineer for a 12+ month contract position located in Chandler, AZ.
This role involves the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise wireless networks. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Wi-Fi technologies, particularly Cisco, and will be responsible for site surveys, hardware configuration, performance optimization, and troubleshooting. A background in lab/testing environments and familiarity with SD-WAN and cloud technologies is highly desired.

- Aruba is optional, right now the team can t keep their code in green, they need help getting in new versions of code, a lab/testing background preferred, understand end point testing, network testing, etc,
Soft skills: honesty!!!, check certs on resumes and validate them!, MUST meet deadlines, pull weight, good sense of humour!, 6 on team, must be energetic, ready to do the work
-local profiles preferred (but open to profiles that will relo - just need to have an explanation as to how)

- Conduct site surveys, install and configure hardware including access points and routers
- Optimize network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues
- Ensure network security
Requirements:
- Proven experience with Cisco wireless technologies is required
- Strong knowledge of wireless protocols, routing, and switching
- Experience with Wi-Fi troubleshooting
- Familiarity with SD-WAN, Cloud, and AWS technologies
- Strong problem-solving skills
Desired skills:
- A background in lab/testing environments
- Understanding of end point testing and network testing
- Experience with Aruba wireless technologies.
