Compensation: Up to $24.00 an hour including base pay, commissions, spiffs and bonuses!

Total Wireless is GROWING at a fast pace in the Chicago area, and we are looking for outgoing and ambitious Total Wireless Retail Sales Associates to join our retail teams. As a Total Wireless Retail Sales Associate for Mobile Generation Prepaid, you will be working directly with our customers, educating them on the Total Wireless products and Services we offer and guiding them through the selection and sales process. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail environments, understand how to do outbound activities to drive customers into our locations, are driven by goals and accomplishments, and are focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience to earn repeat business.

The Total Wireless Retail Sales Associate for Mobile Generation Prepaid will be responsible for:
  • Creating the ideal customer experience for each customer, every day.
  • Assisting new and existing customers throughout the sales process.
  • Educating our customers on all Total Wireless Products and Services we offer.
  • Produce sufficient sales to meet and exceed company and location production standards.
  • Handle all customer situations as trained to completely satisfy customers’ needs.
  • Assist the Store Manager in tasks assigned to you personally or the team.
  • Complete all required trainings as directed by Mobile Generation Prepaid and Total Wireless
  • Set an example of personal and professional conduct for employees and others.
Mobile Generation Prepaid is looking for candidates with:
  • 6 months to a year or more of experience in a similar role in a retail environment, preferably with Pre-Paid Wireless business or other Wireless business.
  • Proof of achievement in prior sales and customer service roles
  • Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology and products and customer service.
  • Ability to travel to our various locations in Chicago as business needs dictate.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Spanish Bilingual is a plus!
  • Be self-motivated and goal oriented
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older and able to provide proof of work eligibility in the US.
