As a Wireless Retail Store Manager, you will develop, lead and inspire a team of diverse, energetic and goal-oriented sales associates. Your role includes being a brand ambassador for AT amp;T and Diversity Wireless for the community in which your location serves. This is all YOU need to succeed:

  • 2 or more years of Management Experience in retail and or wireless retail sales is a must-have
  • 2 year or more of higher education
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
  • Ability to lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs
  • Proven track record of employee development and sales goal attainment
  • Strong communications, mathematics and computer use skills
  • Availability to support retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays
  • The ability to inspire your team and a passion for delivering incredible customer experience.
