As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be our frontline face, helping our wonderful customers select the AT amp;T devices and services that will suit them best! Our dynamic Retail Sales Associate program not only prepares you for your next step within Diversity Wireless, it also provides incredible earnings in both a base pay and sales commissions.

  • Establish and maintain an incredible work and customer service environment by warmly engaging with customers to fully understand their particular needs.

This is all YOU need to succeed:

  • Experience in retail and or wireless retail sales would be terrific, however not necessary - AT amp;T experience highly desirable
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
  • Strong communications, mathematics and computer use skills
  • Availability to support retail hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Be a supportive and committed teammate and team player
  • Ability to lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs
