High-Performance Analog (HPA) is a leading supplier of RF and power management solutions for infrastructure, defense & aerospace, automotive power and other high-growth markets. HPA's portfolio of differentiated technologies and products supports multi-year market drivers such as electrification, renewable energy, increasing semiconductor spend in defense and 5G deployments. We are seeking a Project Manager (PM) to be accountable for successful execution of product development of RF Semiconductors, RF Modules and Semiconductor wafer services for both Defense and Aerospace products.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive successful execution of RF semiconductor, RF module, and semiconductor wafer services product development programs for Defense and Aerospace customers.
  • Partner closely with Product Line Managers and Program Managers to manage project schedules, budgets, deliverables, and customer expectations.
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities across Design, Assembly, Test, Quality, Sourcing, Logistics, and manufacturing operations to support timely program execution.
  • Lead effective communication and meeting management across remote and non-co-located teams to ensure alignment, accountability, and progress against key milestones.
  • Monitor project performance, identify risks or roadblocks, and drive action plans with internal engineering, operations, and business unit teams.

 Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in the defense, semiconductor, or related industry.
  • Experience reporting project performance metrics against internal targets.
  • Experience communicating program assessments to Account Managers and functional leaders.
  • Experience with product development and lifecycle management tools.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience with RF semiconductors or microwave modules.
  • Prior experience with US government contracts.
  • Knowledge of wafer fabrication, microelectronic package assembly, and test processes.
  • Proficiency with SAP and BI tools such as Spotfire, Tableau, Power BI, or JIRA.

 This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship by the Company.

This position requires work on US Government contracts. Applicants must be a US Person (US citizen, permanent resident, asylee or refugee).
