Project Manager

Position Overview:

Millennium Control Systems is seeking an experienced Project Manager. The project manager is responsible for leading a project from inception to closure. Project Managers are responsible for ensuring successful project execution which includes planning, organizing project communication, reporting, scheduling, and budget management. A successful project is executed on time and on budget.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure project scope and deliverables are defined and documented
  • Create and maintain project schedule with key milestones and deliverables
  • Ensure project budgets are setup properly for categories and departments
  • Monitor project finances in accordance with project budget
  • Facilitate delivery of project scope with internal teams
  • Complete weekly project reports that highlight strategy, status, risks, and mitigation plans
  • Serve as client facing representative for each assigned project

What we need you to have:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent of 10+ years working as project manager
  • Strong computer skills with competency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and OneNote, Sharepoint
  • Demonstrated track record of leading projects from inception to completion.
  • Detail oriented, organized, highly driven, self-starter
  • Ability to organize and prioritize a complex and evolving workload
  • Professional oral and written communication skills

What we’d love you to have:

  • PMP certification
  • Experience with Smartsheet, Monday.com, Acumatica
  • Experience in manufacturing, power systems and controls equipment
