Your Wireless, a Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer, is set to grow in 2026! We are hiring experienced Assistant Store Managers to support and help lead our Retail Sales Teams in Connecticut, Louisiana, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Texas, and Virginia.

As a Your Wireless Verizon Wireless Assistant Store Manager, your role is to support the Store Manager in leading, coaching, and inspiring a team of Verizon Wireless Retail Sales Associates. The ideal candidate will have experience assisting with employee development, meeting sales goals, and supporting daily store operations in a wireless retail environment.

As a Verizon Wireless Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the Store Manager in building a positive, customer-focused, and goal-oriented environment.

  • Assisting with interviewing, hiring, scheduling, and supervising Verizon Wireless Sales Associates.

  • Helping meet or exceed personal and store key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales goals.

  • Coaching team members daily to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

  • Assisting in developing team members’ skills and preparing them for career advancement.

  • Ensuring the store operates according to Verizon Wireless and Your Wireless guidelines.

  • Supporting execution of promotions, inventory procedures, and operational tasks.

  • Leading by example with professional and ethical behavior.

  • Acting as the Store Manager on duty when needed.

Skills amp; Experience Required:

  • 2+ years of experience in a retail leadership role, preferably managing or assisting in a Verizon, AT amp;T, or T-Mobile store.

  • Proven experience in sales performance and team leadership.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

  • Strong ability to lead, coach, and motivate team members.

  • Passion for wireless technology, retail sales, and customer service.

  • Ability to travel to nearby locations within the assigned district if needed.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and detail-focused.

  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule.

  • Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the U.S.

  • Must be willing to submit to a background check.
