We're looking for outgoing, motivated Retail Mobile Sales Associates to join our team. No wireless experience? No problem - we train you from day one.
What You'll Be Doing:
As a Mobile Sales Associate, you'll be the face of 2020 Mobile Corp (Boost Mobile Retailer) in our store - helping customers find the right plans, phones, and accessories to match their lives. We believe a positive attitude, teamwork, and a little fun make the workday better.
You'll:
  • Create awesome customer experiences with a friendly, service-first approach
  • Talk tech, explain plans, and recommend solutions that make sense
  • Help bring in new customers and build relationships with returning ones
  • Stay up to date on phones, pricing, and promotions (and upsell when it fits!)
  • Answer store phone calls and customer questions
  • Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
  • Participate in local marketing and special events
  • Keep the store clean, organized, and ready for business
  • Use sales systems and follow company policies
  • Collaborate with teammates and managers
  • Jump in on additional tasks or projects as needed

What Makes You a Great Fit:

  • Previous experience in wireless or retail sales (a plus, not required!)

What You'll Need:
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • 6+ months of customer service and/or retail sales experience
  • Basic experience using computers and mobile phones
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Spanish bilingual skills preferred in some locations

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand for long periods on the sales floor
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 15 pounds
  • Frequent standing, walking, talking, hearing, and use of hands/fingers
  • Occasional reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions (including overhead reaching and typing)

Compensation:
$13.00 - $14.00 per hour DOE. The base pay does not factor in an aggressive commission program when goals and objectives are met. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
