Job description

Lead with Purpose - Become a Program Leader with Club K After School Zone


Location: We have programs at elementary schools in Tigard-Tualatin, West Linn-Wilsonville and Beaverton School Districts (75% on-site) + Beaverton Office (25%)
Schedule: Monday-Friday afternoons (average 26-28 hours/week) + ~2 weekday mornings
Compensation: Starting at $19.00+/hour, DOE & education level
No weekends. No late nights. Just meaningful, passion-driven work.


At Club K After School Zone, we're building something bigger than after-school care-we're shaping future-ready kids in a safe, creative, and enriching environment. We're seeking a Program Leader to drive success at one of our K-5 after-school program locations.


This leadership role is ideal for someone with a passion for youth development, strong team management skills, and a desire to create exceptional experiences for elementary-aged students. If you thrive on responsibility and are ready to lead by example, we want to meet you.


What You'll Do

As a Program Leader, you will:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of one of our licensed after-school sites
  • Supervise and support a team of 1-2 teachers and/or aides
  • Develop and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that reflect Club K's values: Safety, Fun, Responsibility, Respect, Integrity, and Continuous Improvement
  • Maintain compliance with Oregon state childcare regulations and reporting
  • Manage site logistics, student records, and parent communications
  • Collaborate with our admin team to meet program goals and plan for site success


What We're Looking For

  • Required: At least 1 year of experience working with elementary-age youth (teaching, camp, or enrichment programs)
  • Required: Strong organizational skills, dependability, and a passion for youth development
  • Preferred: Leadership experience or experience supervising staff
  • Preferred: Knowledge of child development and best practices in school-age care
