About The Role:  Rev.io is seeking a UX Product Manager to drive the user experience strategy across our platform while partnering closely with Product Owners, Engineering, and Enterprise Platform teams. This role combines product thinking, UX leadership, and customer advocacy to ensure our applications are intuitive, efficient, and scalable. 

You'll be responsible for understanding how customers interact with our products throughout the quote-to-cash lifecycle, identifying opportunities to improve workflows, and translating user insights into meaningful product improvements. Success in this role requires balancing business objectives, technical constraints, and user needs to create experiences that drive customer satisfaction and adoption. 

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging directly with customers, influencing product direction, and leveraging modern AI-powered design tools to accelerate innovation. 

What You'll Do 

User Experience Leadership 

  • Champion the end-to-end user journey across the Rev.io platform, ensuring consistency and usability throughout the customer lifecycle. 
  • Identify friction points, workflow inefficiencies, and opportunities to improve adoption, productivity, and customer satisfaction. 
  • Advocate for user-centered design principles across all stages of product development. 

Product Discovery & Customer Research 

  • Conduct user interviews, focus groups, customer feedback sessions, and workflow reviews to understand customer needs and pain points. 
  • Analyze customer behavior, support trends, and product usage data to uncover opportunities for improvement. 
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Professional Services, Sales, and Support teams to gather insights from the field. 

Product & Design Collaboration 

  • Partner with Product Owners to align product functionality with user expectations and business objectives.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and experience recommendations that guide product development. 
  • Validate designs with customers and stakeholders, incorporating feedback through iterative improvements.
  • Help define product requirements and acceptance criteria with a strong focus on usability and workflow efficiency. 

Platform & Design System Strategy 

  • Collaborate with Enterprise Platform Engineering teams to influence reusable components, design standards, and platform consistency. 
  • Contribute to the evolution of Rev.io's design system and UX best practices. 
  • Ensure new functionality aligns with established patterns while supporting scalability and maintainability. 

AI-Enabled Product Innovation 

  • Utilize modern AI-powered tools such as Figma AI, Cursor, Claude Code, and similar technologies to accelerate research, prototyping, design exploration, and development collaboration. 
  • Explore innovative ways to leverage AI to improve product experiences and internal design processes. 

Required Qualifications 

  • 4+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, UX Design, or a related role within a SaaS environment. 
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability testing, and customer research methodologies. 
  • Proven experience designing and delivering complex workflows within enterprise software applications. 
  • Ability to translate customer insights into actionable product recommendations and requirements. 
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, customer success, and executive stakeholders. 
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills. 
  • Experience using modern design and prototyping tools, including AI-assisted design workflows. 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience in telecommunications, managed service providers (MSP), billing, subscription management, or related industries. 
  • Experience working with quote-to-cash, PSA, billing, field service, CRM, or ERP platforms. 
  • Familiarity with component-based front-end frameworks and design systems. 
  • Experience helping shape products in active development, beta programs, or rapidly evolving product environments. 
  • Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices for enterprise software. 
  • Experience working in Agile product development environments.
