### Job Overview We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the store manager in daily operations and ensuring the success of our retail store. This is a dynamic and fast-paced position that requires strong leadership skills and the ability to multitask effectively. ### Duties - Assist the store manager in overseeing all aspects of store operations - Manage and supervise a team of employees, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations - Ensure excellent customer service by providing guidance and support to staff - Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment - Implement sales strategies to achieve targets and drive revenue growth - Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates - Assist with recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new employees - Maintain a clean and organized store environment - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner ### Experience To be successful in this role, you should have: - Previous experience in shift management or supervisory roles - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Knowledge of retail math and sales techniques - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Experience in wireless sales is a plus - Fluent in multiple languages is an advantage If you are a motivated individual with a passion for retail and leadership, we would love to hear from you.
