Sales Operations Manager
Due to exceptional growth and sustained demand across our product portfolio, MACOM is seeking a high-performing Sales Operations Manager to join our global team.
This highly visible and rewarding position offers significant opportunities for professional growth and broad exposure to the operations of a leading global semiconductor company. The role requires extensive cross-functional engagement with Global Sales, Business Units, Operations, Customer Service, Finance, and P&L leadership teams.
The successful candidate will combine strategic and tactical responsibilities across revenue planning and forecasting, pricing and margin management, customer and opportunity analytics, CRM and sales process management, channel and distribution support, supply chain alignment, business intelligence, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with Business Unit, Sales, Operations, Finance, and P&L teams to support business objectives and profitability goals.
• Implement value-based pricing strategies aligned with Business Unit objectives, product positioning, and market conditions while maintaining the flexibility to adapt to industry cycles.
• Lead interface for assigned Strategic Customer Annual Price Negotiations
• Serve as the primary point of contact for pricing inquiries, supporting timely and informed decision-making for both existing business and new growth opportunities.
• Partner closely with Sales and Business Unit leadership to ensure strategic alignment and pricing policy compliance.
• Support and optimize MACOM's global channel partner ecosystem.
• Serve as an advocate for the customer, acting as the internal "Voice of the Customer."
• Identify, lead, and support continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
• Act as a key interface between customers, field sales teams, and operational execution functions.
• Lead and manage select company-wide strategic projects and program initiatives.
• Support demand planning, revenue forecasting, and business intelligence activities to improve decision quality and business performance.
• Develop and deliver executive-level analyses, presentations, and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications and Experience
• 8+ years of experience within the semiconductor industry, preferably in Sales Operations, Channel Management, Commercial Operations, Distribution, Supply Chain, Pricing, or related functions.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline preferred.
• Strong understanding of the global semiconductor distribution and channel ecosystem.
• Demonstrated commercial and financial acumen, including pricing and margin management experience. Proven Negotiation Skills an advantage.
• Proven ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize activities that drive business results.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented professional with strong decision-making capabilities and customer focus.
• Demonstrated success in improving operational processes and driving organizational efficiency.
• Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at multiple levels of the organization.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; SAP and CRM experience desirable.
• Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal and cross-functional leadership capabilities.

Salary Range
The Salary Range for this position is $101,000 - $188,000. Actual salary offered to candidate will depend on several factors, including but not limited to, work location, relevant candidates' experience, education, and specific knowledge, skills, and abilities.
