Position Summary...The (USA) Director, Merchandising Operations, leads the development and execution of strategic business plans to optimize inventory management, financial performance, and operational efficiency. This role oversees vendor relationships, contract management, and cross-functional initiatives to support merchandising programs and store operations. The Director drives continuous improvement by analyzing business trends, aligning resources, and fostering a culture of accountability and integrity. This position requires strong leadership to manage multiple projects, develop talent, and ensure alignment with company goals while delivering value and exceptional customer experiences.

The Wireless Operations team at Walmart leads the execution of wireless activations across stores and online, collaborating with national carriers, service providers, and internal partners.
