Position Summary...The (USA) Director, Merchandising Operations, leads the development and execution of strategic business plans to optimize inventory management, financial performance, and operational efficiency. This role oversees vendor relationships, contract management, and cross-functional initiatives to support merchandising programs and store operations. The Director drives continuous improvement by analyzing business trends, aligning resources, and fostering a culture of accountability and integrity.
