Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Development

  • Recruit, hire, and train top-tier sales talent
  • Foster a high-performance culture through motivation, coaching, and regular feedback

Sales & Customer Engagement

  • Drive store sales and achieve or exceed performance goals

Qualifications
