Job description

What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Project Manager – Implementations. This position falls under our Implementations line of business and is located in Richmond, VA or Brentwood, TN. In this role, you will manage complex client onboarding projects, ensuring successful implementation of Corpay’s payment solutions. You will report directly to the Manager, Payments Implementations and regularly collaborate with internal teams including Account Management, IT, and Operations.

Role Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Managing scope, timeline, and success of client onboarding projects involving technology, process change, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Maintaining close communication with internal and external stakeholders to align expectations, deliverables, and deadlines
  • Documenting key milestones, decisions, and communications throughout the project lifecycle
  • Providing project updates and status reports to leadership and key stakeholders
  • Traveling to client sites as needed to support onboarding, conduct planning sessions, and mitigate risks
  • Identifying, assessing, and managing project risks and developing mitigation strategies
  • Gathering insights from enterprise projects and recommending process improvements for implementation efficiency
  • Supporting other tasks and projects as assigned
  • Building strong working relationships with cross-functional teams and client contacts
