What Your Days Will Look Like
  • Installation and Servicing of Smart Security Systems. You understand how to do
    wire runs to ensure a clean panel install. Knowledge of wireless devices, their
    benefits as well as limitations to ensure customers are getting the right devices for
    their home. Understanding of our Quality standards and installing and servicing to
    those standards.
  • Customer relations. You understand how to communicate with customers in a
    professional manner. Ability to train customers on how their system works ensuring
    that they have a clear understanding of all features. Answer customer questions
    with patience and professionalism.
  • Managing Personal Inventory. You keep track of your personal equipment inventory
    and order equipment as necessary to ensure that you are prepared for installations
    and servicing. Weekly personal equipment inventory counts to keep track of rolling
    inventory variances.
  • Problem Solving. You have the ability to troubleshoot situations as they arise. Read
    instruction manuals when facing something new, call technical support and contact
    proper channels for help if needed.
What We're Looking For
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Clean Criminal Record
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Alarm System Technical Experience is a plus
  • Sales experience is a plus


Working Conditions: Field environment. Weekend or evening work is expected. Travel
