Success in this position requires a proactive approach to customer engagements, turning those interactions into sales opportunities.

Pay & Perks
  • $20 per hour plus unlimited commission, with top performers earning an average of $5-$8 in bonuses on top of the starting wage

What You'll Do

  • Resolve escalated customer issues while following carrier and program guidelines

  • Independently manage shift responsibilities and make floor-level decisions

  • Travel between store locations if required
