Role Purpose:
A Camden Homes Construction Manager oversees all construction activities in their project(s) to ensure he/she completes homes on time, with the finest quality workmanship at the best possible market value. Construction Managers are responsible for the quality, production, and appearance of the community/communities they are assigned.
Functional Accountabilities
Follow all Camden Homes Core Values, Systems and Processes
Must follow written and established processes and procedures.
Camden Homes Construction Code of Ethics
Must follow and align with the Code of Ethics.
Maintain and Deliver Clean Homes
All honnesites are to be clean, neat, and organized.
Deliver Homes On Time / Deliver Homes On Budget
Complete homes in less than 120 calendar days.
Complete homes on or before the completion date.
Less than $400 in total EPO's per house.
Seven our less items on Quality Walk Inspections
Utilize Construction SCH Software
Schedule and maintain all BuildTopia schedules for 2 weeks in advance.
Report Key Production Indicators 1 / 2 / 3
Report Slab and Frames completions.
Report all Final Inspections, CO's, and Final Surveys.
Schedule final quality walks with Area Construction Manager.
Exception Customer Serevice
Schedule Orientation Walks and reply to CTC.
