  • Lead hiring, workforce planning, and resource development to support backlog and growth objectives.
  • Resolve major schedule, cost, quality, safety, and customer issues quickly and professionally.
  • Report division performance, forecasts, risks, and growth opportunities directly to company leadership.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of progressive telecom construction experience, including leadership of Project Managers, Construction Managers, or multi-market program teams.
  • Proven experience managing a P&L, program budget, or construction portfolio exceeding $10 million annually.

  • Demonstrated ability to build teams, develop leaders, improve accountability, and scale operations during growth.
  • Strong financial management skills, including forecasting, margin management, billing, collections, and cost control.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with carriers, tower owners, subcontractors, and internal leadership.
  • Experience with project management software; familiarity with Smartsheet, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks-integrated workflows preferred.
  • Comfortable adopting new technology and AI-assisted tools to improve operational performance.
  • Willingness to travel regularly across multiple states based on program needs.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred, but not required.
Pay and Benefits
  • Full-time W-2 position.
  • Salary: $125,000 - $175,000 per year, based on experience, responsibilities, and performance.
  • Weekly pay.
  • Quarterly performance bonus eligibility when the telecom division meets established profability requirements
  • 3% SIMPLE IRA company match after 3 months for eligible employees.
  • Two weeks of paid vacation annually.
  • Paid holidays including New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
