We are hiring WIRE ASSEMBLERS. The wire assembler position will work on the electrical and mechanical assembly and final integration of products.  This position will work alongside team members of other departments to complete tasks as required.
Job Responsibilities
• Oversee and execute the wiring and assembly of electrical switchboards, ensuring compliance with industry standards and specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to interpret blueprints and technical drawings, translating them into accurate wiring layouts.
• Conduct quality inspections on completed switchboards, identifying and troubleshooting wiring issues to ensure optimal functionality.
• Lead training sessions for junior wirers, sharing best practices in safety, efficiency, and craftsmanship.
• Implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency and reduce lead times while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation of wiring schematics and assembly processes for compliance and quality assurance purposes.
Job Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in switchboard wiring or a related electrical assembly role.
• In-depth knowledge of electrical codes, safety standards, and best practices in switchboard fabrication.
• Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of troubleshooting complex wiring issues.
• Experience in mentoring and training junior team members.
• Experience with PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) systems and automation technologies.
• Certification in electrical wiring or a relevant technical field.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies:
• Proficiency in wiring techniques and tools, including crimping, soldering, and heat shrinking.
• Experience with electrical testing equipment, such as multimeters and insulation resistance testers.
• Knowledge of CAD software for creating and modifying wiring diagrams.
Physical Demands:

1st Shift: Monday to Friday from 7am to 3:30pm, overtime as needed.
