Job description

Title: Cable Manufacturing Engineer
Duration: Permanent
Location: Chelmsford, MA – Onsite
Salary Range: Between $70k and $85k

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of hands-on experience manufacturing cables or wire harnesses.
  • Strong background in cable/harness assembly and fabrication.
  • Experience testing and troubleshooting cable or harness assemblies.
  • Experience working with complex cable and harness configurations.
  • Ability to understand and work from electrical schematics and engineering drawings.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes, tooling, fixtures, and test methods.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and root-cause problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing or production environment.
