Is a Chicago-based nonprofit that removes barriers to employment by eliminating biases that disqualify candidates unnecessarily. Job Highlights
  • Build lasting customer relationships by identifying financial needs and recommending tailored products and services 
  • Collaborate with business partners to connect customers with experts in mortgage, wealth management, and other specialized areas 
  • Operate teller drawer to process transactions in the lobby and drive-up 
  • Open new accounts, perform account maintenance, and assist customers with digital banking tools 
  • Identify potential fraud and risk, support bank opening/closing procedures, and participate in community and bank events 

Candidate Profile
  • 1-2 years of previous banking experience is required; 1-2 years of customer contact and sales experience is preferred 
  • Must be available to work all shifts, including Saturdays 
  • Travel between branches may be necessary 
  • Relevant soft skills include customer service, communication, attention to detail, and attention to detail
