Groundskeeper / Landscaping Team Member — Immediate HiringPosition Overview

Join our team and help maintain a clean, safe, and beautiful campus year-round. This is a hands-on, outdoor role where you’ll perform landscaping, maintenance, and winter snow removal in all weather conditions.


🔧 Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect grounds to ensure safety, cleanliness, and appearance standards
  • Remove litter and debris from lawns, walkways, and common areas
  • Perform landscaping tasks: mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, and weeding
  • Handle seasonal work like leaf removal and general upkeep
  • Provide lawn care: fertilizing, watering, and turf maintenance
  • Plant and maintain trees, shrubs, flowers, and garden beds
  • Keep flowerbeds neat and weed-free
  • Operate landscaping tools safely (mowers, trimmers, blowers)
  • Assist with large campus landscaping projects
  • Support winter operations: snow and ice removal (on-call required)
