  • Ameliorer le rendement du magasin en soutenant les resultats de vente, en gerant les depenses et en supervisant les operations cles, notamment celles liees au marchandisage, a l'entrepot, a l'aire des caisses, a la salle du coffre, au service a la clientele, aux demarques, a la planification, a l'expedition et a la reception, en accordant une attention particuliere a la reduction des pertes et des dommages.

  • Attirer, recruter et cultiver les meilleurs talents en proposant aux associes une formation complete et un perfectionnement continu. Jouer le role de mentor et de modele a suivre, en pronant un environnement favorable garantissant une experience positive et attrayante aussi bien aux associes qu'aux clients.

  • Communiquer et mettre en uvre des plans d'action pour des projets, des objectifs, des initiatives organisees par l'entreprise et des changements au niveau des magasins. Contribuer a la planification de la releve en vue de repondre aux besoins futurs.

  • Mettre en uvre des strategies visant a atteindre les objectifs en matiere de ventes, de depenses et de service a la clientele. Coordonner les programmes de la prevention des pertes et les programmes operationnels et ameliorer l'amenagement et l'efficacite des magasins.

A propos de vous :

  • Au moins deux ans d'experience dans la vente au detail en tant que directeur(trice) de magasin ou directeur(trice) adjoint(e) de magasin.

  • Aptitude eprouvee a diriger, perfectionner et habiliter une grande equipe.

  • Excellentes competences en matiere d'organisation et de communication, capacite a influencer les autres et a leur fournir une retroaction et un encadrement efficaces.

  • Aptitudes en matiere d'exploitation des magasins, de service a la clientele, de marchandisage, de gestion du personnel, de sante et de securite et de prevention des pertes, ainsi que de solides competences en matiere de suivi pour mener a bien les taches et les initiatives.
