We are passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience, and we are looking for a dynamic General Manager to oversee our Powersports Division. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader who has a deep understanding of the powersports industry and a proven track record in management.
Position Overview:
The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Powersports division, ensuring that all sales, service, and operational goals are met. This role requires strong leadership, excellent customer service skills, and a deep understanding of the powersports market. The ideal candidate will have a passion for motorsports, a drive for business growth, and the ability to inspire and lead a team.
Key Responsibilities:
