Winfield Rehab & Nursing in Crockett, TX is seeking a Physical Therapist (Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN) to join our dedicated team. This full-time role is a split position between Winfield Rehab & Nursing and Whitehall, both located in Crockett, TX, where youโ€™ll provide person-centered care and help residents achieve positive outcomes.

Job Summary:

The Physical Therapist (PT) will evaluate, plan, treat, and provide direct patient care services using standard physical therapy practices and procedures. The Physical Therapist will also be responsible for documenting patient treatments, changes in condition and other pertinent information as required.

Physical Therapist Responsibilities:

  • Consulting with patients to learn about their physical condition.

  • Assessing and interpreting patient evaluations and test results.

  • Developing treatment plans using a variety of treatment techniques.

  • Creating personalized fitness-oriented health care programs for patients.

  • Administering medically prescribed physical therapy treatments to relieve pain and improve mobility.

  • Advising patients on exercise techniques.

  • Advising patients and their families about in-home treatment options.

  • Providing educational information about injury prevention, ergonomics and ways to promote physical health.
