Job description

Morgan Auto Group is launching a new Windshield Replacement Division, and we are seeking an experienced, hands-on Business Leader to create, lead, and scale this operation across our organization.

This is not a maintenance role—this is an opportunity to own and build a business unit from day one.

About the Role

You will be responsible for developing and executing our windshield replacement program from the ground up—establishing processes, training technicians, and expanding operations across multiple locations.

You’ll operate as both a technical expert and strategic leader, helping integrate this service into our Fixed Operations platform and grow the program within the organization. Our ideal candidate would lead this project and ultimately grow the program across our entire group. Incredible leadership opportunity!

Responsibilities

  • Launch and lead the windshield replacement division
  • Perform and oversee windshield removal and installation (in-shop & mobile)
  • Select, manage, and maintain tools, equipment, and materials
  • Hire, train, and develop future windshield technicians
  • Create scalable processes and operational standards
  • Partner with Fixed Ops leadership to grow revenue and efficiency
  • Ensure safety, compliance, and quality control across all work
  • Drive profitability and expansion across the group

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on windshield replacement experience
  • Proven leadership or management experience
  • Strong knowledge of tools, materials, and mobile installation setup
  • Ability to train and mentor technicians
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build systems from scratch
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
